Beginning therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you're dealing with anxiety, depression, past trauma, or emotional stress. That’s why my first priority is to build a trusting therapeutic relationship and work collaboratively to define your goals for treatment. In our early sessions, many clients begin to experience what it’s like to feel safe enough to share openly and explore what’s been weighing on them. Therapy is a space for self-reflection, emotional growth, and healing. My mission is to create an environment where you feel supported, respected, and empowered to move forward at your own pace.
